Non-Disclosure Agreement

Effective upon submission of project inquiry.

What This Covers

When you share information with Driftworks about your business, idea, or project, we treat it as confidential. We don't share it, discuss it publicly, or use it for any purpose other than evaluating and completing your project.

What We Mean by Confidential Information

Anything you share with us that isn't already publicly available — including but not limited to business ideas, product concepts, technical requirements, financial information, customer data, and internal processes.

What We Commit To

We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your written permission. We will not use your confidential information for any purpose outside of your engagement with Driftworks. We will limit internal access to only those working directly on your project.

What This Doesn't Cover

Information that is already publicly known. Information we can demonstrate we knew before you shared it. Information you explicitly authorize us to share. Information we are required to disclose by law, regulation, or valid legal process — in which case we will notify you promptly to the extent permitted by law.

Duration

These obligations remain in place for two years from the date of your inquiry.

Mutual Protection

This agreement is mutual. Anything we share with you about our processes, tools, or methods is similarly confidential.
